2. Assessment Support and Feedback: With a keen eye for detail, mentors diligently mark and respond to practice task activities and Formative Assessment Tasks completed during each cycle. Their feedback is not just evaluative but serves as a catalyst for improvement, empowering participants to strive for excellence.

3. Help to Manage Workload: As experienced teachers themselves, they understand the daily commitments and demands of teaching. They are there to help you manage your workload effectively and ensure a good work-life balance whilst studying with us.
