Designed with the Early Career Teacher in mind. The first years of a teacher's career are vitally important for professional development and the best time to develop good habits and effective teaching strategies.
Four specialist NPQs, each targeting a specific area of school development that needs its own leadership and direction. Gain the knowledge and skills needed in order to have a real lasting impact on these important school areas.
Successful senior leaders need a well-rounded view of school leadership, going beyond just your current areas of responsibility. Each NPQ allows you to fill any knowledge gaps and is vital preparation for moving into both senior and strategic roles.
Choose from fee-funded or apprenticeship Initial Teacher Training (ITT) pathways. With specialisms in primary, SEN and secondary.
Early Years Initial Teacher Training (EYITT) leads to Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) - the only qualification specialising in early childhood development and allowing to teach children across the birth to five age range.
Funded through the Apprenticeship Levy, these programmes are designed for aspiring or recently leaders and headteachers .
A statutory requirement for all SENCOs appointed new to the role, and an excellent opportunity for professional development for current and aspiring SENCOs.
A recognised progression route for school support staff. HLTAs work closely with teachers to raise standards and help each learner reach their potential.
