Thrive-informed Educator Training helps student teachers understand behaviour, wellbeing and relationships through a trauma-informed lens. Delivered as part of our ITT and secondary PGTA programmes, the training blends theory with practical strategies to build emotional safety, connection and resilience in the classroom.
