The Chartered College of Teaching Partnership

Recognising the significant contribution and impact that teaching assistants (and TA apprentices) and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) make in supporting the education of children and young people, the Chartered College of Teaching, the professional body for teachers, has developed an Associate Membership designed for all teaching assistants, HLTAs and those supporting teachers and learning in the classroom at every level.

This is a fantastic development in raising the profile of teaching assistants - a goal we wholeheartedly support and share. We are delighted to be able to offer all new HLTA applicants, our BPN HLTA alumni and all our teaching assistants and  TA apprentices, a 10% discount on their membership.
