Best Practice Network Begins its Carbon Neutral Journey

Best Practice Network is proud to announce its partnership with Planet Mark. Planet Mark is an organisation which helps businesses become carbon neutral certified. It also helps companies measure their carbon footprint to reduce their carbon emissions.

"It is important to us to have a positive impact on society, making sure our responsibilities around looking after the planet matches with BPN's core values."
Simon Little, Managing Director at BPN

We are committed to being Carbon Neutral by 2030 and Net Zero by 2050. Through the Planet Mark Business Certification, we will be measuring and reducing our carbon footprint. We will ensure we are embedding sustainability into our business practices.

Our journey will begin with measuring our current carbon footprint, and then making essential changes to reduce this. We have created an Environmental Social Governance (ESG) with staff representing every department to help make the changes across the business to reach our targets. This will also include our employees being involved at every level. We are are looking to improve our social value as an organisation by reviewing policies, organising walk-to-work days, vegan lunches and volunteering projects.

We are excited to update our community about our progress. We are dedicated to sustainability and ready to start reducing our carbon emissions. We want to help create a planet that is fit for us and future generations.
